The project was completed in two phases: Full fit-out of one single-floor apartment and one duplex apartment from shell-and-core to ready-for-occupation show apartment. The remaining eight apartments had service fit-outs to a white-box standard with no final finishes. Working 56 floors up had its challenges, however the projects were completed within the set time and budget.
